Dr. Borich is a seasoned child and adolescent psychiatrist dedicated to providing extraordinary care to children, adolescents, and young adults. With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, Dr. Borich brings a compassionate, individually tailored, and evidence-based approach to every patient interaction.

Dr. Borich has extensive inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room experience, and specializes in a wide range of pathologies including depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, psychosis, mania, and behavioral disorders.

While addressing the unique developmental needs of children and young adults, Dr. Borich prides herself in creating a welcoming and supportive space for young minds to heal and express themselves freely. Using a combination of medications and therapeutic interventions, Dr. Borich helps people better understand themselves, improve emotional wellbeing, and alleviate psychiatric symptoms. Collaboration with families is central to Dr. Borich’s practice and she believes that fostering open communication and navigating challenges together will help children and families best succeed.

Dr. Abbey Borich earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, and completed a post-baccalaureate psychiatry research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. She then earned her medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin before completing residency and child fellowship training at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Dr. Borich is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a fellow in the American Psychiatric Association.
